Pregnant heifers/cows both beef and dairy
Meal: high fibre for maximum feed intake proper digestion and proper digestion
The MegaSteam20 is the fifth stage of the dairy cow lactation production curve. The feed contains high specifications with 20% Crude Protein and a balanced Calcium-to-Phosphorus ratio.
Give to heavily pregnant cows from 3 weeks before calving. A feeding rate of 3-5kg/cow/day with good quality grass hay/silage roughage or maize silage is ideal during this period.
The feed reduces milk fever and other digestive disorders. It prepares the cow’s digestive system to achieve maximum feed intake, production, health, and fertility during and after calving.
*Do not feed lucerne or high potassium roughage sources in this period as it increases milk fever incidences*
